Our SUP Yoga Escape has been thoughtfully designed to introduce you to the growing practice of Yoga on Stand Up Paddleboards.
During your stay, we’ll show you how to use of our BOGA YOGA Stand Up Paddleboards and how Yoga on an SUP Board actually works. To support this and add another dimension to your practice, you’ll also learn to use Balance Boards, a new idea that’s sweeping through the world of SUP Yoga.
You will be guided through a daily Headspace based morning mindfulness meditation and an occasional practice of mat based Vinyasa Flow Yoga.All intended to help you find your sense of calm, clarity and inner balance.
Your breakfasts & lunches will be freshly prepared & served at our Centre. These are delicious vegetarian meals, which are sourced from our excellent selection of local produce. And on your days off, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the local area and also sample some local Sri Lankan delights!
