SUP YOGA W15 Escape
Your morning begins when we transport you to our beautifully restored 200 year old Yoga Shala. There you are guided through a short Headspace based morning mindfulness meditation. This peaceful Shala and gardens is core to many of our practises.
This is followed by a healthy and restoring vegetarian breakfast at the Shala
After your breakfast and to add another dimension to your yoga practice, you’ll also learn to use Balance Boards, a new idea that’s sweeping through the world of SUP Yoga.
Then we move to our wonderful secluded tropical lagoon where you will use BOGA YOGA Stand Up Paddleboards and experience how Yoga on an SUP Board can bring a profound sense of joy and peace to those of you who have never tried Yoga or to those of you already well practised in Yoga. Every day your practise expands as you learn more about the practise of SUP Yoga.
We then take a short paddle each day around our lagoon, enjoying the most stunning surroundings while gliding through our tropical paradise. This paddle gives a deep sense of relaxation and awareness of nature.
Your morning ends with a beautiful Yoga relaxation session at W15 Escape SUP Yoga Retreat followed very special and well deserved lunch from our menu.
Then in our evening Yoga session will be guided by our guest Yoga teachers. South Sri Lanka has attracted wonderful teachers from around the world and we will organise classes at the well known Sri Yoga Shala in Unawatuna.
