Your morning begins at our Yoga Shala by being guided through a daily Headspace based morning mindfulness meditation.
This is followed by a healthy and restoring breakfast.
After your breakfast and to add another dimension to your yoga practice, you’ll also learn to use Balance Boards, a new idea that’s sweeping through the world of SUP Yoga.
Then we move to our wonderful secluded tropical lagoon where you will use BOGA YOGA Stand Up Paddleboards and experience how Yoga on an SUP Board can bring a profound sense of joy and peace to those of you who have never tried Yoga or to those of you already well practised in Yoga.
Your morning ends with a beautiful Yoga relaxation session at W15 Escape SUP Yoga Retreat before our very special lunch.
